INNOVATION SERVICE AWARD & INNOVATION IDEA AWARD (IDEA InQ)

The Service Innovation Award was introduced in 2013, a formal recognition platform for responsibility centres (PTJs) that demonstrate quality innovation results contributing to organisational effectiveness. It also serves as one of the supporting criteria for the UPM Administrative Management Star Rating. First introduced in 2015, the Innovation Idea Award focuses on the idea generation stage. This competition recognises UPM staff who contribute practical, unique ideas with high potential to be developed into full-fledged Service Innovation or Innovative and Creative Group (KIK) projects in the future.
