Self-Audit on Staffing and Organisational Structure (AKPO) 2026

UPM Serdang, April 20, 2026 – The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), successfully conducted a Self-Audit on Staffing and Organisational Structure (AKPO) on 17 April 2026 at the Boardroom, Level 5, TNCPI Office Building.

The audit, held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., was led by Puan Nabihah Abdol Razak, Head of the Integrity Section, Governance and Integrity Division, Registrar’s Office, UPM. The session involved the participation of administrative staff from the TNCPI Office.

The primary objective of the audit was to evaluate the adequacy of the existing staffing and organisational structure, as well as to identify areas for improvement in governance practices, operational efficiency, and compliance with the university’s established guidelines.

Through the implementation of this AKPO, the TNCPI Office reaffirms its commitment to strengthening more systematic, transparent, and integrity-driven organisational management in line with the university’s aspiration for institutional excellence.
