UPM SERDANG, July 16, 2026 – The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) [PTNCPI], Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), successfully conducted the Second Stage Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) Assessment in conjunction with UPM’s Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP) A celebration for the year 2025/2026 was held at the PTNCPI administrative premises yesterday, Wednesday.

This periodic evaluation aims to gauge the level of compliance, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of workspace management within PTNCPI. This initiative is part of the department's continuous efforts to reinforce a systematic work culture and foster a highly productive working environment.

The audit and evaluation process was conducted by two invited UPM evaluators who possess extensive experience in EKSA practices: Mr. Mohd Sahrizan Mat Yatim, Senior Assistant Administrative Officer from the Alumni Relations Centre, UPM, and Mrs. Siti Noriza Samad, Administrative Officer from Kolej Tan Sri Aishah Ghani, UPM.

Throughout the evaluation session, the panel conducted physical inspections across various work zones and corners within PTNCPI, reviewed documentation files, and engaged with staff members to observe the practical implementation of EKSA. A constructive feedback session was also held at the conclusion of the audit to provide avenues for continuous improvement and the long-term sustainability of the practice.

In line with PTNCPI’s EKSA motto, "A Conducive Environment Triggers Quality Work Transformation", the top management of PTNCPI expressed their deepest gratitude to the evaluators for their invaluable insights. Kudos and appreciation are also extended to the entire working committee and all PTNCPI staff members for their exceptional dedication and high commitment displayed throughout the audit.
