 1. Manage Human resource management and development for TNCPI’s Office including its related entities

2. Manage post doctoral dan research fellow application and selection

3. Manage research assistant application and appointment

4. Manage applications for lecturers to participate in overseas conferences/workshops (SPKL)

5. Secretariate for University’ Research Committee (JKPU) and Selection Committee (Research)

6. Coordinate the implementation of training for Research Officer (Scheme Q)

7. Manage ISO related procedures and documents

8. Handle the management of vehicle services and stationery store
