TNCPI OFFICE RECOGNIZES STAFF EXCELLENCE THROUGH 2026 EKSA AWARDS

UPM SERDANG, June 29, 2026 – The culture of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) continues to be strengthened at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) through the staging of the TNCPI Office EKSA Presentation Session by Zone and the TNCPI Office EKSA Awards Presentation Ceremony for the year 2026, held at the Boardroom, Level 1, TNCPI Office, today.

The annual programme aims to evaluate and accord recognition to the zones and staff members of the TNCPI Office who have demonstrated high commitment to implementing EKSA best practices, particularly in the aspects of innovation and environmental sustainability (Go Green).

The zone presentation evaluation session was adjudicated by two special invited panellists: Puan Kasmaria Zawawi from the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA), UPM, and Encik Redzuan Awang from Putra Business School (PBS), UPM.

The highlight of the event was the award presentation ceremony, which was graced and completed by Professor Dr. Zamberi Sekawi, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) of UPM.

For the zone category, the Research Management Centre (RMC) successfully clinched the Best Innovation Award through their "Flyers Stand" project, while Putra Science Park (PSP) brought home the Best Go Green Award with the creation of the "EcoRack".

In addition to the zone category, recognition was also accorded to individual commitment involving three main divisions: BPI, RMC, and PSP. The winners for the individual categories are as follows:

  • Best Officer's Room Award: Cik Alia Amira Abd Rahim (BPI), Encik Nasrul Amri Selamat (RMC), and Encik Mazlan Jamali (PSP).

  • Best Staff Workstation Award: Puan Nurul Wan Adzlyn Borhan (BPI), Encik Muhammad Haziq Kamarulzaman (RMC), and Puan Norazaidah Yahaya (PSP).

  • Best Staff Commitment Award: Cik Noor Syahirah Muhamad Rafi (BPI), Encik Ahmad Basri Zaidi (RMC), and Puan Norazaidah Yahaya (PSP).

The organising of these awards is hoped to inspire all TNCPI Office staff to remain consistent in maintaining a systematic, safe, and eco-friendly work culture to support the excellence of university governance.
