UPM Serdang, 19 January 2026 – A Zone-Level EKSA Meeting of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) [TNCPI] was held on 19 January 2026 at the Boardroom 1, TNCPI Office. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Azan bin Kamaruzaman and attended by the Head of Administration, Mr. Shahriman bin Hashim; the Head of BPMU, Mr. Md Nizam bin Mahat @ Ibrahim; as well as staff from the TNCPI Office and BPMU.

The meeting began with the confirmation of the minutes of the previous meeting and a discussion of follow-up matters to ensure that subsequent actions could be implemented effectively. The meeting then reviewed the findings of the previous EKSA audit, including feedback and proposed improvement actions to strengthen the implementation of EKSA at the TNCPI Office.

In addition, the meeting approved the appointment of new Committee Members (AJK) and Officers-in-Charge (PYB) to ensure the smooth planning and implementation of EKSA activities. These appointments are expected to inject fresh ideas and enhance staff commitment to EKSA practices.

The meeting also discussed proposed gotong-royong (communal clean-up) activities and the planning of EKSA programs to be implemented in the near future, in line with efforts to create a conducive, systematic, and corporate-imaged working environment.

The meeting was coordinated by the Secretary, Ms. Noor Syahirah binti Mohd Rafi, and concluded with the hope that all staff of the TNCPI Office and BPMU will continue to remain committed to making EKSA a sustainable and ongoing workplace culture.
