January 31, 2024, Kuala Lumpur - YBhg. Prof. Dr. Zamberi Sekawi, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation), attended the Proposed Collaboration Meeting with the Securities Commission Malaysia held at IOSCO, Kuala Lumpur. This meeting was conducted to identify potential collaborations between both parties.

Also in attendance were several representatives from Universiti Putra Malaysia, namely members of the UPM Board of Directors, YDM Dato’ Syed Haizam Hishamuddin Putra Jamalullail, YBhg. Prof. Ir. Dr. Hj. Kamarul Arifin Ahmad, Director of Putra Science Park UPM and Deputy Director (Intellectual Property), Prof. Rusmawati Said, Deputy Director (Promotion and Commercialization of Innovation), Associate Prof. Dr. Wan Nurhayati Wan Ab. Rahman, and Mr. Mohd Khairi bin Hasan, Special Officer to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation).

Representatives from the Securities Commission Malaysia included YBrs. Puan Salmah Bee Mohd Mydin, Executive Director, Market Development, YBrs. Tuan Akmal Hijazi Abdol Karim, Deputy General Manager, and YBrs. Tuan Amardeep Kaur Inderjit Singh, Deputy General Manager, Investment Management Development.
