HKIP UPM 2025-2026 PRESENTATION SESSIONS CONCLUDE: FOSTERING INNOVATION AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE

UPM SERDANG, August 14, 2026 – The presentation sessions for the Service Innovation Award and Innovation Idea Award (Idea InQ) 2025-2026, held in conjunction with the UPM Quality and Service Innovation Day (HKIP) 2025-2026, successfully concluded today after a dynamic four-day run from August 3 to 6, 2026, at the Rashdan Baba Auditorium, Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) Building.

Spearheaded by the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), the programme serves as a premier platform for Responsibility Centres (PTJs) across UPM to showcase impactful service innovations and creative ideas aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.

The four-day marathon presentation sessions featured enthusiastic participation from various PTJs across three main categories:

  • Service Innovation Award (Management Category): School of Business and Economics (SPE), Faculty of Engineering (FK), Faculty of Science (FS), Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FPSK), Research Management Centre (RMC), Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM), Office of the Vice-Chancellor, Sultan Abdul Samad Library (PSAS), International Centre (i-PUTRA), University Health Centre (PKU), Centre for Information and Communication Development (iDEC), Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA), UPM Counselling Division (BKUPM), Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Hospital (HSAAS), Faculty of Human Ecology (FEM), Institute of Plantation Studies (IKP), and Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural and Arts Centre (PKSSAAS).
  • Service Innovation Award (Technical Category): University Community Transformation Centre (UCTC), Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FPSK), Faculty of Food Science and Technology (FSTM), Division of Admission and Academic Governance, UPM Counselling Division (BKUPM), Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Hospital (HSAAS), Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FPV), and Faculty of Human Ecology (FEM).
  • Innovation Idea Award (Idea InQ): Faculty of Engineering (FK), Centre for Information and Communication Development (iDEC), Faculty of Human Ecology (FEM), International Centre (i-PUTRA), UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM), Centre for Enrichment and Prosperity (CEP), and Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK).

The organisers extend their sincere gratitude to the panel of evaluators for their invaluable insights and rigorous assessments, as well as to the programme secretariat for their flawless execution and coordination throughout the event.

The official winners will be announced during the upcoming Quality and Service Innovation Day (HKIP) 2025-2026 Celebration, scheduled for November 17, 2026.
