March 9 & 10, 2024, Port Dickson – The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) organized the Workshop on Strengthening and Consolidating the Organization of TNCPI Office. The workshop was officiated by Prof. Dr. Zamberi Sekawi, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research & Innovation), and was held over two days and one night at The Regency Tanjung Tuan Beach Resort, Port Dickson.

 

The aim of this workshop was to enhance expertise in respective fields efficiently and innovatively, contributing to the development of UPM. Additionally, it served as an important platform for shaping the identity and leadership potential of organizational members in work management.

 

Moreover, recreational activities were also conducted during the workshop. These aimed to boost team spirit and ensure the members of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) remain active. This aligns with efforts to create a robust and resilient work team. At the end of the workshop, organizational members were appreciated for their high commitment in making this workshop a success.
