UPM Serdang, 16 January 2026 – The Relaxed yet Meaningful Session: Kick-Off 2026 was successfully held on 16 January 2026 at the Mini Auditorium, TNCPI Building.

The program featured Mr. Shahriman, Head of Administration of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) of UPM, who delivered a sharing session titled “Us, Our Roles, and Expectations.” The session emphasized the roles and responsibilities of staff members as well as shared expectations in strengthening the organization’s strategic direction for 2026.

The session was attended by staff from the TNCPI Office and its associated entities, and was conducted in a relaxed yet meaningful atmosphere. The organization of this program aligned with its objectives as an early-year alignment platform, a forum for sharing perspectives, and a means to strengthen the spirit of togetherness and teamwork within the organization.

The organizers hope that similar programs will serve as a catalyst for more effective collaboration and contribute to excellent, high-impact achievements throughout 2026.
