2026 TNCPI Office EKSA Internal Audit Runs Smoothly, Empowering a Conducive Work Culture"

UPM SERDANG, June 12 – The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) [TNCPI] successfully conducted the 2026 Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) Internal Audit at the TNCPI Office level yesterday, Thursday (June 11).

The execution of this annual audit is part of the agency's ongoing commitment to ensuring the workplace environment remains at an optimum, safe, and efficient level, in line with public sector best practice standards.

This comprehensive evaluation process involved auditing all three major zones under the TNCPI Office, namely the Putra Science Park (PSP) Zone, the Research Management Centre (RMC) Zone, and the BPI Zone.

The audit session was led by Mr. Nasrul Amri Selamat from RMC. Beyond the standard assessment, this year's audit agenda featured a unique approach with the inclusion of several observer auditors. This proactive step was taken to provide early exposure, knowledge transfer, and hands-on experience to the staff involved, equipping them to manage future EKSA auditing processes.

Overall, the audit process was successfully carried out, thanks to the high level of commitment and close cooperation from all employees across the participating zones. The outcomes of this audit are expected to continue driving the TNCPI Office toward greater excellence in highly productive organizational governance.
