SERDANG, June 22 - Professor of Fish Pathology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Prof. Dato 'Dr. Mohamed Shariff Mohamed Din elected to the Aquatic Animal Health Standards Commission, the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), the first Malaysian sits on the committee.

He was elected in the Annual General Conference of the OIE on 24 to 29 May in Paris, France. More details..
