The functions of this section are as follows:
Manage management expenses at TNCPI Office, Research Management Centre, Putra Science Park and Centre of Marine Science based on approved financial allocation.
Monitor the operating expenditure incurred based on the cost center applied and ensure the allocation used in the procurement procedure.
Ensure that procurement and supply procurement processes and staff claims are paid within the stipulated period.
Provides TNCPI's annual management expenditure application and acts as a coordinator for managing expenditure application by the Research Management Centre, Putra Science Park and Centre of Marine Science.
Monitor the reservation service of meeting room and room facilities in the TNCPI office building and arrange for a rental payment.
Manage departmental vehicle services.
Monitor service contracts such as building and environment cleaning, photocopy service rental and other periodic services.
Monitor and control incoming flow of department stationery stocks.
Coordinate and monitor asset management at the TNCPI Office, Research Management Centre, Putra Science Park and Centre of Marine Science.
Secretariat for the Design, Research and Innovation Exhibition (PRPI).
Secretariat and coordinator of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor's Office of Health and Safety (Research and Innovation) and the Centre of Marine Science.
Manage national and international award invitations and research award applications.
Managing customer feedback and customer satisfaction research under the scope of research and innovation.
Coordinator for the Research and Innovation Award for the needs of the Majlis Gemilang Akademia Putra (MGAP) and the National Academic Awards (AAN).
Manage MyMohes data for RDCE.
