Service Inovation and Quality Section

The functions of this section are as follows:

  1. Implement, coordinate and ensure the implementation and management of MS ISO 9001: 2008 UPM Quality Management System (SPK) at TNCPI Office for Main Services Scope: Research and Innovation and Support Scope: Equipment Calibration and Verification is progressing smoothly and effectively.

  2. Implement and manage SPK MS ISO 9001: 2008 audit scope for Primary Services Scope: Research and Innovation and Support Scope: Equipment Calibration and Verification.

  3. Managing document controls and quality records of SPK MS ISO 9001: 2008 for Main Services Scope: Research and Innovation and Support Scope: Equipment Calibration and Verification.

  4. Managing training / workshops / courses related to SPK MS ISO 9001: 2008 for Main Services Scope: Research and Innovation and Support Scope: Equipment Calibration and Verification.

  5. Assist and communicate with customers and users of SPK MS ISO 9001: 2008 for Main Services Scope: Research and Innovation and Support Scope: Calibration and Verification of Equipment at all PTJs.

  6. Coordinate, manage and become Secretariat of Management Review Meeting (MRM) for Main Services Scope: Research and Innovation and Support Scope: Measurements and Verification of Equipment.

  7. Coordinate and manage application of financial allocation for calibration application of laboratory equipment.

  8. Coordinate data relating to the field of testing in research laboratories.

  9. Coordinate and ensure the management of service innovation in the TNCPI Office and the underlying entity runs smoothly.
